Infusions of green and pink Australian finger limes, the flesh and rind of 4 other varieties of fresh citrus fruits and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of this ‘citralicious’ variant is predominantly blood orange and lime supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits more of the same flavours along with subtle notes of vanilla and liquorice. With a tangy mouthfeel and ‘citrus’ aftertaste lifted by the slight alcohol heat, it lends itself to enjoying straight, ‘on the rocks’, or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with slices of orange/lime/pink grapefruit and finger lime beads.

The aroma of this ‘very very berry’ variant is a pronounced raspberry and strawberry, supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits the same flavours, complimented by elderberry and notes of vanilla and sweet cardamom. With a luscious aftertaste balanced by alcohol, it lends itself to enjoying straight, ‘on the rocks’, or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with a strawberry or fruit of the forest skewer and a sprig of mint leaves.
